Rose came to Harborside Event Center in January 2002 with over 16 years of public assembly, sports, concert and special event experience. She is responsible for the overall management of the event center, including booking, marketing, budgets and operations of the facility. Rose came to Harborside Event Center with previous experience at the James L Knight Center, Miami Arena, Reliant Park, Arena Football, NBA, NHL and the Don Shula Foundation. She has a Bachelors of Science in Sports Administration and a Masters of Science in Leisure/Facility Management. She is also a graduate of Oglebay Public Assembly School and Leadership Lee County. Rose volunteers much of her time assisting charity organizations such as the American Heart Association, United Way, American Cancer Society and many others with the planning and coordination of their special events. Rose has served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Facilities Managers Association and is an active member of the International Association of Assembly Managers and the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. Rose is an active member of the Emergency Management Mega-Shelter Assistance Team (MAT) through FEMA, IAAM & the Red Cross and received the Governor's Point of Light Award in 2006 for her volunteer work during Hurricane Katrina.

Andrew came to Harborside Event Center in May 2002, bringing 17 years of industry experience to the facility. As the Assistant General Manager he is responsible for the daily management of the event center, including booking, maintenance, budgets and operations of the facility. Andrew joined the Harborside event team after working for prestigious organizations such as USA Olympic Swimming, the International Olympic Committee, FINA-Federation Internatiuonale de Natation, Pro Player Stadium, Miami Dolphins/NFL, Florida Marlins/MLB, Florida Panthers/NHL, West Palm Beach Auditorium, Florida Bobcats/AFL, Miami Dolphins Charity Tournament, Jim Jensen Celebrity Golf Tournament, PGA Tour Honda Classic, Super Bowl XXIX and XXXIII. He has a Bachelors of Science in both Sports Administration and Architecture and is also a graduate of Oglebay Public Assembly School and Leadership Lee County.

In 2002, Lincoln joined the event center with over 17 years of facility conversion experience. He is responsible for the management of all conversions and the maintenance and housekeeping of the facility. Lincoln came to Harborside Event Center with previous experience at the James L. Kight Center where he was the Operations Supervisor, Miami Arena where he lead the operations crew, and the Houston Astro Dome / Reliant Park where he served as Operations Foreman.

Jane joined Harborside Event Center in June 1994. Previously she had worked for the City of Fort Myers Art & Cultural Affairs Department, the Federal government and private industry. She is responsible for preparing and processing lease agreements, accounts payable and record keeping for the facility. She also serves as the Senior Staff Assistant to the General Manager.

Tim joined the Harborside event team in 2004. He is responsible for the operations and management of the in-house Technical Services Department of the event center. Some of his responsibilities include theatrical and stage lighting, concert sound, video projection, as well as building automation scheduling. Tim has over 8 years experience in teaching and managing audio visual needs for a multitude of events ranging from small meetings to large concerts. He also owns and operates a photography studio called TRS Photo.

Sue joined the Harborside event team in 2007. She previously worked for a non-profit agency as well as in the real estate industry bringing with her over 10 years experience of event coordination ranging from charity fundraisers to high profile golf and tennis tournaments and 15 years of sales, marketing, advertising and customer service experience. She is responsible for booking, planning and the successful execution of events by identifying client needs and serving as the liaison between clients and facility departments, vendors and sub-contractors. Sue volunteers her time to the American Cancer Society and was the chairperson of The Relay for Life in Lehigh Acres for the past two years and previously managed the 953OLZ Kids for Cancer Radiothon.

Rena began her hospitality career with Harborside in 2006. She is responsible for booking, planning and the successful execution of events by identifying client needs and serving as the liaison between clients and facility departments, vendors and sub-contractors. Rena graduated Cum Laude from Florida Gulf Coast University with a B.S. in Resort and Hospitality Management with a concentration in Event Management. Rena also volunteers her time and experience to many charitable organizations such as ArtFest Fort Myers, ICAN' Handbag Happy Hour, American Heart Association's Heart Ball, FGCU's Wanderlust among others.
